In this project, I planned and wrote a novel. I wrote about 1,600 words each day and wrote for two months. Even though writing each sounds and was monotonous, I am glad I persevered and finished to the end. I learned that I have what it takes to write using my own unique voice. I learned that so many incredible resources exist to help writers when preparing characters or settings. I enjoyed writing the climax and ending of my novel, That Summer We Searched. This is my first novel, but not my last.
